How to work with the cards?
INDIVIDUAL WORK – for self-coaching, self-reflection, and broadening self-awareness
Variant No. 1
Ask yourself: what value should I develop in this particular situation/problem/purpose? Select one inverted card intuitively. Turn the card over, look at the picture, think about what it adds to your current situation. Observe your feelings, reflections and thoughts. Then answer the three questions on the back of the card. Take notes.
Variant No. 2
Ask yourself a similar question as in variant 1, but this time let yourself be inspired by a photo. Choose it from among others, think about the reflection it brings to your life. See what value it represents, then answer the three questions on the back of the card. Observe your thoughts, feelings from the body, emerging emotions. Take notes.
Variant No. 3
Think about what value you would like to develop more in your life. Find it. See what association the photo triggers in you, then answer the three questions on the back of the card. Observe your thoughts, feelings from the body, emerging emotions. Take notes.
